A) Should you receive a damaged or defective product or one that does not meet the specifications of your original order, please reach out to our customer service team through the following contact options:

B) Upon receipt of your complaint, APN Classes will carefully assess the authenticity and nature of the issue. If we determine that your complaint is legitimate, we will promptly inform the relevant provider and request a replacement. However, in cases where there are groundless or unsubstantiated complaints about product quality or content, APN Classes reserves the right to take legal action as necessary. You will be solely responsible for covering any costs incurred by APN Classes in such instances. Please acknowledge that the provider responsible for the defective product or service will be exclusively responsible for addressing any claims you may have related to such defects. APN Classes will not be held liable in any manner for these claims.

C) Before accepting the shipment of any product, please ensure that the product’s packaging is free from damage or tampering. If you notice any signs of damage or tampering, we kindly request that you refuse the delivery and promptly inform APN Classes. Please be aware that the return process for the product may be subject to restrictions based on the nature and category of the item.

D) To initiate the return of any products purchased through our website, please adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Notify APN Classes of the receipt of a damaged or defective product or service within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so within this timeframe will release APN Classes from liability for replacing the order.
  2. Ensure that products or services remain unused.
  3. APN Classes will make arrangements for the pickup of the damaged or defective product through our own logistics partner. In cases where APN Classes is unable to arrange this pickup, we will notify you accordingly. You will then be required to dispatch the product using a reputable courier service in your respective area within one (1) day of receiving such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed as determined by our logistics team in consultation with APN Classes.
  4. Products should be returned in their original packaging, including the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, and invoices.
  5. It is recommended that return packages be securely and adequately packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
  6. All returned products are subject to verification and inspection by APN Classes to assess the legitimacy of the complaint or return.

E) In cases where APN Classes duly accepts the return of a product, the original value of the product as paid by you during the initial delivery will be refunded. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method, with APN Classes or the approved payment gateway directly crediting your refunds to your debit/credit card or online accounts. Alternatively, a refund by check may be issued at APN Classes’ discretion. Please note that refunds will be subject to the following terms:

  1. Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via check, depending on the prevailing circumstances as determined by APN Classes.
  2. For Cash on Delivery payments, you will be provided with a refund check or an account transfer.
  3. If the product can be repaired by the service center, APN Classes will have it repaired and sent back to you.
  4. Once used, a discount coupon code cannot be refunded in the event of order cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or by APN Classes.
